Dani Spies-Fast and Easy Video Recipes
There are some great recipes on video on the file sharing sites. One of my favorites are Dani Spies’ videos posted on YouTube and on her blog http://www.danispies.com.
The videos are professionally shot with proper lighting and sound. It’s amazing what a difference professional editing and a well paced script can do on a limited budget. Dani herself is a pro, her friendly attitude combined with her presentable voice and appearance makes you think you are watching a food tv show.
Dani calls her video recipes “quickbites” as the recipes are quick to prepare but appear to be delicious. The “quickbites” are no longer than a few minutes and are certainly more enjoyable than that insufferable Racheel Rae. The recipes are better too.
Hey Food TV, listen up, get rid of that bubblehead kewpie doll and hire this woman instead. If you don’t someone else will as I see this as her online audition.

Cream Puff Wedding Dress
Check out the awesome cream puff wedding gown made by Ukrainian pastry chef Valentyn Shtefano.
Made of 1500 cream puffs and weighing 20 pounds, the dress took over two months to make.
Running counter to the corruption in the Ukraine the chef says “"Here you can buy jobs,” he said. “You want to be president, governor, (parliament) deputy, OK. But my job you can’t buy — you have to do it.”
