Concept Design Kitchen Appliances

designer kitchen appliance

Wow, I hope this concept designer kitchen makes it to production even though I can’t afford it. I especially like how everything hides into the table and the 70’s ish design. Self cleaning and deodorizing too. You can live in your kitchen.

“The main caracteristics of this design are simplicity and functionality. The main chape is the result of the pure functions that it has to respond to.This space allows multiple operators in the cooking activity and also allows sitting while preparing food, fact that makes it accesible for a large category of people.

There are no corners or sharp surfaces at the exterior,so accidents specialy for the kids are almost imposible. All tools are easy to reach and components integrated in the base shape are beeing pulled out automaticly. The smooth surface on top allows objects to sly very easy on it and olso integrates features like air filtering and self cleaning.Beside cooking and dining, this space is like an invitation to enjoy your time with family and friends in a lot of fun activities.”

Check out all the other designs in the contest as well.

Takeru Kobayashi Wins World Record in Lobster Roll Eating Contest

lobster roll eating contest

Takeru Kobayashi, the undisputed heavyweight champion of competitive eating did it again. At the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival in Boston on Saturday, he ate more than the COMBINED number of lobster rolls of four other competitors.

Koyabaslhi set a world record 41 lobster rolls in 10 minutes. Sponsored by an online gaming site goldenpalace.net, he took away $10,000 so that makes $1000 for each minute of work or eating.

But what the heck is a lobster roll? After digging around the net, I found a clip of the eating contest and it looks like just a bunch of shredded lobster meat in a hot dog bun. Boring.

Kobayashi claims he will try better next time as he was expected to reach 50 rolls. He only had his first lobster roll two days before the contest and pointed out the meat falls apart and is difficult to eat.
